Macam-macam berlaku pada saya. Saya telah mengambil pelbagai tindakan drastik yang pasti untuk kurus. Ni kira kamikaze la nie. Apa jadi pun janji kurus.  &lt;br/&gt; Untuk apa yang saya buat saya akan tulis entry cuma untuk hari ini saya nak share experience saya dengan premium beatiful.  &lt;br/&gt; Ini bukan entry berbayar yer. Saya share berdasarkan pengalaman saya sebagai pengguna PB . Asalnya saya beli PB nie dah lama.Mula - mula dulu saya beli dan pakai. Since saya tak pernah guna apa2 slimming produk saya kerap kencing sebab water retention kan.Memang badan.sentiasa panas dan warm tapi bukan lah warm yang tak selesa . Maybe effect infra red kot.. Hahaha lepas susah payah saya pakai full set saya dah tak tahan saya pakai waist nipper sahaja. Alhamdulillah .. Even pakai waist nipper sahaja pun saya dapat merasakan perubahan. Memang perut saya nipis sikit hahahaha... Tapi yang tak bestnya lemak2 semua turun ke bawah abdomen. Bahagian tengah dah cantik tang bawah la plak problem. &lt;br/&gt; Ok selepas tue saya pun berjumpa la dengan cik tunang saya sekarang .i mean masa tue baru nak berkawan. Seronok bercinta yanpa sedar berat badan semakin naik . Haishhh tahap tue PB pun dh x muat pakai. Maka PB saya jadi la.patung cendana dalam almari buruk ku.  &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Hari ini saya dah mula pakai balik PB setelah saya lose a bit weight.yeayyyyy i can fit in PB again. Tapi tidak la seseksa mula2 nak pakai dulu this time more rileks. So perjuangan saya dengan PB akan diteruskan. Rileks pun amik masa 15 minit jugak la kan... Serius nie pengalaman aku sendiri. Ko start puasa 5 hari direct then the following week ko puasa only&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1319176878_8"&gt;on monday&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;and khamis sebab apa aku suruh puasa. Bila ko puasa ko akan melatih perut ko untuk menerima makanan dlm kuantiti yg sedikit. Bila dh stabil ko akan automatic makan sikit bila time makan with syarat2 pertama di atas. Tai jangan kasi chance ko jgn makan nasi jugak even ko gila lapar mcmana pun.Masuk 2nd week sure ko dh ok sikit masa tue fikiran ko dah waras bila tgk makanan.. Bab nie aku x risau sebab ko pernah buatkan sebelum nie. Saya dah mula naik tangga dari tingkat 5 ker tingkat 8 . &lt;br/&gt; 2. Saya dah mula brisk walking selama 30 minit keliling padang. &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Ok malam ini saya makan 5 keping biskut weetameal bersama dengan  serunding daging dan sebijik epal bersama air yg banyak.Tak lupa juga air masak yang sangat banyak. Penat la.g toilet..  &lt;br/&gt; Dugaan dan cabaran semakin tinggi untuk.membiasakn diri.Tapi bila mengenangkan objektif dan nasihat kawan2 maka saya teruskan usaha. &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Kata kawan saya Zalinah. She's a big bone body so gemuk sikit dah nampak sangat besar. What she do she exwrcise and exercise and jaga makan. Perghh skrang she nanage to look as beautiful as a model. &lt;br/&gt; Pesan zalinah : &lt;br/&gt; A. Start sedikit demi sedikit jangan push sampai tahap u penat and stop .eg: start brisk walking 15 minit dan tambah sehari demi sehari semakin banyak. &lt;br/&gt; B.Makan jangan starve urself. Kenyang memang kenyang hari ini.lepas saya dh start introduce epal dlm diet.Tengah hari tadi makanan cukup complete yg sihat sampai dessert. Smlm nak kata bz x bz sgt but dugaan makanan maha hebat. &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Bfst : Bihun Goreng &lt;br/&gt; Lunch ; Roasted chicken at Swensen bercinta kot nak dapat makanan. Rezeki saya ptg smlm quality x seperti yang dijangka. Tak sedap. Tapi saya terima jer... &lt;br/&gt; Dinner: saya makan koew tiaw goreng basah dengan tomyan dan buah... &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Itulah menu semalam serius mmg nak less karbo minggu pertama dugaan perut nak makan macam2 memang la ada. Rx-young pun lupa nak minum semalam. &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Ok ..pujuk hati sendiri pelan-pelan start perut terkejut but so far saya berjaya dah 4 hari tak makan nasi. Kalau uolsss refer to slimming centre nya menu smlm mrmang semua benda karbo x di galakkan makan utk 2minggu pertama nie.  &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Chill.... Next week saya akan start dengan latihan yg sikit agresif drpd minggu nie. Cuba check cerita Gym oh Gym.Hmmmm.... agak frustrated &amp;nbsp;at least saya baru tersedar untuk kurus tak semestinya kena keluarkan duit yang banyak . Ada hikmah disebalik kejadian. So dari segi kesedaran baru sedar nak exercise tak semestinya dekat gym.Anywhere also boleh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So makan malam saya semalam ialah mee kari dengan lingguini. Asalnya waiting for Norlia my BBF nak makan dekat Nandos. Tapi malang sekali dek kepenatan dia tertidur sampai 1 pagi baru sedar. But its ok... Minum green tea before tido . This morning waaa.......... tak sempat2 terus gi toilet. Sah sah detox katanya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kata mama saya ... jangan tak makan. Buat la diet tak makan nasi but replaced with BIHUN. Kerana mee , pasta dan koew tiaw tinggi kalorinya ( mama seorang nurse, so faham2 jer la bila dia bercakap pasal kesihatan). Dessert sekeping Big Apple Donut &amp;nbsp;( birthday opismate belanja).Tak lupa juga buah kedondong.Hmmm.. masih belum minum air kosong.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Makan malam .. saya tak pasti lagi . Slowly &amp;nbsp;but with improvement. Bak kata &amp;nbsp;K ton senang jer kurangkan makanan berlemak dan sedikit senaman pasti nampak hasilnya. RX -Young saya minum sebagai&amp;nbsp;detoxification&amp;nbsp;saya. Bahan-bahan dalam tue dapat menuetralise kan toxin dalam badan. Sampai office minum air masak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Di office :&lt;br /&gt;Hari pertama berdiet huhuhuh memang la .. Sekali tengok member makan nasi lemak sabar lagi .. Ectelli nak berdiet no carb.. Nampaknya &amp;nbsp;tak berjaya no carb only low carb.Sebelum tue saya dah order 2 biji telur separuh masak. Sambil tunggu g makan bihun goreng. There goes my diet. Hahahhaa.&lt;br /&gt;Ok done with 1 packet bihun goreng and 2 biji telur ayam separuh masak.1 cup coffee.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch :&lt;br /&gt;Saya keluar g mall beli lappy bag. Jumpa kawan ajak makan dkt chicken rice shop. Terus pergi order Shereded Chicken Mee hoon sup semangkuk dengan braised tofu. Kenyang nya .. sup kan.. hmmm.. still no rice..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tea Time :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makan pulak tahu sumbat dengan cili padi. Ini memang favorite saya . Bila ada org dekat office belanja goreng pisang. Satu goreng pisang 1 satu tauhu sumbat.Dah half gagal dah nie utk hari pertama.Ok time flies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner :&lt;br /&gt;Di sebabkan kesibukan kerja opismate beli kan waffle untuk saya peanut butter &amp;nbsp;and blueberry. Daoat makan waffle terus balik. Perut lapar nie tapi tahan sampai rumah sampai tengah malam.Opssss.. baru perasan saya tak minum banyak air hari nie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;End :&lt;br /&gt;Saya tidur selepas makan Luxury Biscuits 4 keping untuk lapik perut. Hmmmm... esok mesti kena improve dari hari ini. Air masih kurang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tak lupa juga hari ni berjaya naik tangga dari Level 6 ker Level 8 . dilakukan atau erti kata lain yang boleh dipraktikkan ialah:-&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Berdiri dengan postur badan yang betul iaitu berdiri tegak dan mata memandang tepat kehadapan kedalam mata orang yang sedang kita berinteraksi.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Senyum dan bercakap dengan kadar suara yang jelas dan terang,Tidak terlalu kuat atau menjerit atau terlalu perlahan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sentiasa bersedia untuk memulakan atau menyambut teguran atau sapaan orang sekeliling atau target anda.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sentiasa berfikiran positif dan sentiasa mengingatkan diri sendiri bahawa anda adalah orang yang terbaik dan teristimewa pada hari itu.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ingat "good qualities of you" atau ciri-ciri positif atau bakat istimewa yang anda miliki tetapi orang lain tidak mengetahuinya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Senyum selalu dan JANGAN sesekali memperkecilkan diri sendiri dan membiarkan diri diperkecilkan oleh orang lain.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Juga jangan memperkecilkan orang lain kerana kita manusia diciptakan sama disisi nya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Jaga penampilan serta kebersihan diri anda.Agar orang lain tidak memandang anda dengan "senyuman penuh bermakna"  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bersikap lebih terbuka dalam perbualan agar orang lain dapat menerima anda seterusnya meningkatkan keyakinan diri anda untuk terus
